Photoshoot at Chateau de Caumont

Working with a team of fellow wedding professionals, I took part in an inspirational photoshoot at the stunning Chateau de Caumont, in the Gers, France.

The objective was a sentimental wedding look, done in an organic fashion, using vintage objects, and seasonal flowers, whilst bringing together wedding professionals from local businesses.

Using seasonal garden and meadow flowers was crucial - which suits me to a T. I so love the idea of using what’s available rather than using farmed flowers. As it was rose season, I used roses for the floral and candle arrangements.

And for the bridal bouquet, I used white lilies from my garden, which added the extra vintage feel to the bridal look.

A special feature was this real flower, jasmine hair vine. Both simple and effective.

The story of the photoshoot day was written up and published in French Wedding Style, and can be seen here. The article details the work and input from my fellow wedding workers.

All of these images were taken by the truly talented Pattie Fellowes.
